Body text is 13pt, the size of most macOS interface text. Combine a size utility with a weight, e.g. text-mac-title-3 font-semibold for a window title.

Weights

macOS 27 sets control labels such as buttons, pop-ups and tabss in medium, while list and body text stay regular. The components follow that rule. Text is rendered with the platform’s own smoothing (-webkit-font-smoothing: auto), which matches native apps on a Mac.
